Nona Mae Strampe

Nona Mae Strampe, 74, of Baraboo,
passed away on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at St. Clare Hospital.
Nona was born on Feb. 17, 1943 in
Poynette, the daughter of Harold and Joyce (Weaver) Feight. In 1959, she
married Edward B. Strampe and from this union they had two children, Edward Jr.
“Buddy” Strampe and Pamela Strampe.
Nona was employed at Sysco Foods for
over 15 years. She enjoyed gardening, coin and stamp collecting, crocheting
items for the grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was an avid Packer fan.
She especially enjoyed all the family get-togethers cooking during the
holidays. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her two children,
Edward Jr. “Buddy” (Shauna) Strampe of La Valle, and Pamela Strampe Reimer of
Loganville; five grandchildren, Stephanie Strampe (Isaac) Knuth, Vanessa
Strampe (Sam) Williams, Jake, Josh and Jamie Strampe; 11 great-grandchildren; a
sister, Janice Partanen of Baraboo; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by a twin sister, Donna Bracken and a brother, Randy Haas.
Graveside services will be held at 11
a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 at Spring Grove Cemetery in Wisconsin Dells
with Pastor Thomas Dunbar officiating. The Rago-Baldwin Funeral Home, 520 East St., Baraboo, is
assisting the family with arrangements.
