Ruth Anne (Neiman) Chapman

– Ruth Anne (Neiman) Chapman, age 94, of Watertown, formerly of Baraboo, passed
away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at University Hospital and Clinics in
Madison. Ruth
was born on June 18, 1925 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Joseph and Helen
(Bogumill) Neiman. She was united in marriage to Joseph John Chapman at All
Saints Cathedral in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on April 22, 1975. Ruth
owned and operated a retail arts and crafts store and is survived by her son,
Craig Smith. Funeral services will be
held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church,
413 S. 2 nd
St., Watertown, with Reverend Elizabeth Tester
officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until
time of service. Baldwin Funeral Services, 520 East St., Baraboo is assisting the family with arrangements.
