Joyce Anne Cady, 89, of Baraboo, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at St. Clare Meadows Care Center. She is now in the presence of her lord and savior, Jesus Christ. Joyce was born on April 14, 1925 in the Township of Greenfield, Sauk County, the daughter of Otto and Agnes (Marshall) Weiland. In 1942, she was united in marriage to Roger H. Cady. He preceded her in death in 1983. Joyce was a loving mother and grandmother with four daughters, Virginia (John) Brickl, Julia (Marvin) Capps, Debra (Steve) Antone, and Karen (Scott) Cady-Davis. In addition, she leaves behind 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family, creating wonderful memories with them. A memorial service for Joyce will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 at the Walnut Hill Bible Church, 1900 East St., Baraboo, with Pastor David Hutchens officiating. Visitation will take place at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service. The family greatly appreciates the loving care that she had received from the staff at St. Clare Meadows Care Center. The Rago-Baldwin Funeral Home, 520 East St., Baraboo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
