Beulah Berdene Grant, 98, of Baraboo, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015 at Maplewood of Sauk City. She was born on Jan. 14, 1917 in Sparta, the youngest of 13 children to Charles and Minnie (Stark) Morgan. In March of 1935, she married Clement Grant in the Little Brown Church in the Vale, Iowa. He preceded her in death in 1987. Beulah was employed as a nursing assistant in the OB department at St. Mary’s Ringling Hospital, and later at St. Clare Hospital. She retired after 26 years of service and many deliveries. She truly enjoyed visiting with family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Beulah is survived by three children, Nancie (Joseph) Luce, and Nedra Grant, both of Baraboo, and Charles (Marsha) Grant of Spring Green; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings. Private graveside services will be held in Walnut Hill Cemetery. The Rago-Baldwin Funeral Home, 520 East St., Baraboo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
