Terry “P.I.” J. Fisher, 58, of Baraboo, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014 due to injuries from an automobile accident. Terry was born on July 19, 1955 in Janesville, the son of Eugene and Carol (Zantow) Fisher. On Dec. 8, 1974 he was united in marriage to Joyce Hamilton in Baraboo. She preceded him in death on Aug. 31, 2013. Terry had been employed at the Rock Springs Quarry located in Rock Springs for 30 years. His free time was filled with woodworking, bee keeping, hunting, fishing, gardening and family life. Survivors include his parents, Carol Christian of Reedsburg and Eugene Fisher of Sauk City; three children, Kurt (Kerry) Fisher of Wisconsin Dells, Emily (Matthew) Hendricks of Marshall, Damon Fisher of Mead, Colo.; seven grandchildren, Jenna, Justin, Bailey, Boone, Kennedy, Beckett, and Eve; a sister, Cheryl (Dan) Vehling of Sauk City; a stepdaughter, Angela (Carey) Herring of Belleville; and her children, Alexis, Haven, Kylie and Piper; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce; and his grandparents. Memorial services will be held at 12 p.m. noon on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Rago-Baldwin Funeral Home, 520 East St., in Baraboo, with Pastor David Hutchens officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
