Norene Marguerite Albright, age 79, of Baraboo, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at St. Clare Meadows Care Center. Norene was born on Feb. 18, 1934 in Beloit, the daughter of Joseph and Clara (Ostrum) Cavallino. She was a graduate of Beloit Memorial High School and on June 2, 1951, she married Donald Edwin Albright in Beloit. He preceded her in death on Aug. 19, 1999. Norene was employed at Admiral Manufacturing in Harvard, Ill. for over 17 years. She enjoyed gardening, riding horses, knitting, cooking, canning and listening to Johnny Cash. Survivors include her daughter, Vicki (Les) Gay of Lake Delton; two grandchildren, James (Tatsiana) O’Neill of Baraboo, Brandi (Scott Savoy) O’Neill of Marshfield; five great-grandchildren, Tyler, Sammantha, Aerianna, Uliana and Zachary; a brother, Donald “Donnie” (Jenny) Cavallino of Beloit; a sister, Gloria (Phil ) Perkins of San Antonio, Texas; and several nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends . In addition to her husband and parents, Norene was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alexandaria Rae; and a nephew, Allan Cavallino. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the Rago-Baldwin Funeral Home, 520 East St., in Baraboo, with Pastor Donna Miller officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place in Walnut Hill Cemetery, in Baraboo. Memorials in memory of Norene may be given to St. Clare Meadows Care Center.
