Grand Marsh - Patricia “Pat” M. Georgeson, age 79, of Grand Marsh, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. Pat was born on Jan. 2, 1934, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Henry and Dorothy (Holton) Lange. On Sept. 26, 1953, she was united in marriage to Robert K. Georgeson in Chicago, Ill. He preceded her in death on May 27, 1999. Pat was employed at Flambeau Plastics, in Baraboo, as a finisher for over 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, baking, embroidery and gambling at Ho-Chunk Casino. She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed. Survivors include eight children, Duane (Jan) Georgeson of Reedsburg, Dorothy (Art) Gum, Patricia (Travis) Adams, all of Adams, Doreen (Norman) Meyer of Grand Marsh, Melody (Don) Cook of Baraboo, Penny (Tom) Dyke of Grand Marsh, Roy (Carol) Georgeson of Baraboo, and Beverly “Bev” Norton of Portage; 29 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; a brother, Henry “Sonny” Lange of Downers Grove, Ill.; and several nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband and parents, Pat was preceded in death by two sons, Randy and Robert “Bobby” Georgeson; four grandchildren, Patricia, Robert, Brian and Kenny; a brother, Vincent “Tiny” Lange; and a sister, Ruthie Lange. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. noon on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 at the Rago-Baldwin Funeral Home, 520 East St., in Baraboo, with Deacon Tom Hale officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place in Olin Cemetery, in the Township of Springville. In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Patricia may be given to the family.
